　　西部数据宣布收购云存储公司Tegile、Upthere

　　美国存储设备厂商西部数据宣布以太坊1600美元，已获得收购Tegile和Upthere的融资。Tegile Systems，系一家企业闪存存储技术开发商，此前筹集以太坊1600美元了1.75亿美元；Upthere公司产品是一款云存储应用，用户可以将自己的数据，比如音乐、照片、文档等上传到 Upthere。去年，该公司获得了来自苹果和甲骨文的7700万美元风投。

　　新CEO不好请 Uber要向其支付2亿美元

　　一直处于“无人驾驶”状态的打车巨头Uber终于选定了新CEO人选，那就是在线旅游公司Expedia首席执行官达拉·科斯罗萨西。不过这位CEO可“不好请”，据TechCrunch报道，Uber需要向新任CEO支付2亿美元才能“求爱”成功。据悉，科斯罗萨西在Expedia已经工作12年，持有的Expedia未归属期权价值近1.85亿美元，这意味着Uber将要支付以太坊1600美元他2亿美元来偿还其损失。

　　Western Digital buys Tegile, Upthere

　　Storage technology provider Western Digital announced that it acquired two companies in which it previously made venture investments. One is Tegile Systems, a developer of enterprise flash storage technology that previously raised $175 million. The other is Upthere, the provider of a cloud-based service for storing personal digital media that raised $77 million in venture funding last year. Purchase prices were not disclosed.

　　CEO hire may cost Uber about $200M

　　Uber’s pick for a new CEO, Expedia chief Dara Khosrowshahi, may be a very expensive hire. That’s partly because he’s sitting on almost $185 million in unvested stock options, meaning Uber will likely have to pay him around $200 million to compensate for losing the shares, TechCrunch reports.
